Re: Stuck in a hole 100nl

I don't think i like the pf 4 bet without a read here. I don't think this is a call on the flop, very unlikely that SB is going AI with a hand that you are currently beating, so you're basically...

Re: valuetown? 200nl bottom set

is calling a 3bet cold pf, pretty standard? Aren't we afraid of being squeezed here? I agree with every other street.

Re: Top pair on raggedy board- dealing with a min-raise

I might fold, but I might push AI as well. It's only $21 to call.

Re: 98s, two pair, tricky river spot agaisnt fish

I would bet turn and fold to any aggression. You can probably get a free showdown after that point. As played, I would fold to the river bet.

Re: AA live 1/2 hand, pretty simple

I prefer to lead out here. If you going to get action, this board is as good as it gets, without being too scary. I'm not sure about the bet amounts at live games, but I think 35 on the flop, then...

Re: tough spot with KK

I agree with the rest of the ppl here, c/r AI on the turn. This isn't exactly what I would consider a tough spot for KK. Often times when I think of tough spot for KK, it involves an Ace on the...

Re: NL100 QQ I\'m never sure how to play it...

I would at least call this as played. There's a few hands that he could have that you can definitely beat here. I would bet on the turn and I think he will tell you if you're beat or not.

Re: Tough flop decision

I would 3-bet here. There's a lot of draws here that you could possibly holding. It's a tough fold for an overpair, if that's what your opponents have here. And I don't think a 9 would min-raise...

Re: I still cant decide whether this was awful or not...

I think you're just wondering because you didn't win the hand. I don't think there's anything wrong with this hand and the way it was played.

Re: Live deep 200NL - TPGK trips up on river

without a read, I think that's a fold on the turn raise by the villian. There's no draws out there for him to just flat call. I would prefer to check the turn, and call if the bet isn't too much. ...

Re: NL100 - KK

I'm not a pro at this or anything, but I think the raise on the turn would only get bluffs and worst hands to fold. I would continue to call down, and value bet the river if checked to. I think the...

Re: $60 - am I way over the top with this?

Your stack is okay to risk this especially against the big stack. If you didn't have 3 other stacks that were lower than you, than it might be a better move, but still, you're not desperate.

Re: $6 KK vs heavy aggression

I would reraise preflop, cuz nothing is worst than seeing an Ace on the flop.
As played, I would have c/r him on the flop to commit him on the flop versus waiting for the turn, since a scare card...

Re: $10 K3s C/R flush draw

He's overbetting the pot, looks like he's protecting his hand. I don't think the c/r has enough fold equity to work here, and your flush isn't even to the nuts.

Re: 16stars, 44 on bubble

you're pretty desperate, and 44 is a good hand to push. I think you're being results oriented.

Re: (3.40$) TT early in SNG - clear fold?

I think raising makes the hand more easy to play preflop, because then you have a better idea of what you're up against if someone reraises your UTG raise. Limping, I would call a much smaller...

Re: ($22s) 5.5BB - calling two ai with AK?

I would call this with AKs, probably AKo as well. I'm at least dominating one player, if not both, or just racing against one other.

Re: $10 K5s very basic question

I think the pf raise is fine, you're more than likely to pick up the blinds. And the bet size is enough to fold to a push. I would probably bet less on the flop, so that he can fold and not commit...

Re: (60) 2nd barrel on scary board

I don't think I would fire even the first barrel on that flop. It's too early and you're under no pressure to make moves like that. I think if you were to bet on the flop a smaller cbet would do...

Re: ($16t) Two Middle Pairs in the middle of a SNG

hand 1: I would be more inclined to reraise AI or just call and play a flop

hand 2: I would call and play a flop.

Re: (6.50) AQ post-flop

I would just fold this, the board is prone to redraws even if you hit your overs.

Re: (60)PS two different AK\'s really got me confused??????

hand 1 looks okay. I was going to say just call, but then I saw MP1's stack and pushing was the only choice.

hand 2 looks like you raised way too much, I'm not sure what you're trying to...

Re: $22turbo: Good fold?

I like a 250 raise in this case, cuz then I can still fold to Button's shove, if I think he got me beat.

Re: (27t) JJ short stack all in

I don't believe you can reraise preflop since BB didn't have enough to make a full raise when he pushed. I would play the same here.
