Yup, you're gonna need a new cpu, but there's also a chance the problem is the motherboard. Not sure how to test to find out which one it is.

It should be running in the 60's, but it's max is 85. It's either fried or you didn't put everything bad together correctly. Does the LED on the motherboard come on?
