I don't know, I don't use PT for SNGs.

Re: PT datamining on FTP?

Yes, it deletes them when you close the table, so you need to be auto-importing the HHs into PT (or copy the tmp files to another directory before you shut the table down).

Re: PT datamining on FTP?

Start FTP and open some tables. Wait a few minutes. Look to see where FT is putting .tmp files. (It'll probably be C:/Program Files/Full Tilt Poker/yourusername).

These should contain hand...

Re: Why cant somebody hurry up and do this?

I've put the site back up temporarily so you can get an idea what it all looked like. Again, it's http://www.hand-histories.com

Re: Why cant somebody hurry up and do this?

I did this last year, set up a proper domain-name site (www.hand-histories.com) and used a vBulletin forum account to control access to the hand histories which were stored there.

Trouble was it...

Re: Offering money for software development: \"FPHG for PStars\"

There already is one, it's called SHH and it costs $50. Only trouble is Stars can detect it if you use it when you're playing.

Re: Received Warning from Stars re: Datamining and Would Appreciate Ad

Stop using SHH. Clearly they have a way of detecting it.

Hand Conversion for non-PT-supported Sites

Has anyone tried scripting a hand converter for sites that are not supported by PT but do provide hand histories on the hard drive, so that the hands can be imported into PT?

Re: Tribeca hand history converter- trojan warning.

I have this and use AVG also, and have not had any problems. I scanned the files with AVG and the latest update and it found nothing. Anyone who uses a different virus scanner checked it?

Re: What\'s the minimum number of hands to rate players on Poker Tracke

By 'rate' are you talking about the autorate system? It depends which stats you are using in your rules IMO. 40 is a little low but you can get an idea of VPIP and PFR in that number. About 200 and...

Seeing the stats talk here, are 10+ PFRs in full-ring really this unremarkable IYO?

Re: Play some F\'n Poker People! *RANT*

You don't use a HUD, and watch betting patterns? How many tables do you play?

6BB/100 at 4 tables >> 4BB/100 at 1 table.

Re: HUD that shows PokerRoom stats without being dealt?

OK.

How to rig up a HUD system on OnGame, using PT, GT+ and PRFetch

1. Open Hollywood Poker (or whatever skin you are using) and open up some tables.

2. Open PRFetch. Once a hand has...

Re: Am I huge underdog without datamining?

Look at the article I linked to. The sites in table 3 are ones that can't be datamined (yet). As for ones that don't have PT support, your best bet is to look on the PT site for those that do, or on...

Re: HUD that shows PokerRoom stats without being dealt?

PAH doesn't work with PRFetch, it requires you to use the PR database, which requires you to be playing. I resort to using GT+ when I play on OnGame.

Re: Data mining & buddylist question

I run a data mining related website so I am biased, but I think it is a great thing for your table selection and not as many people do it as would benefit from it!

The stats that "define a fish"...

Re: Cost of Royal Chasing (Limit)

You don't mention if the site you are playing at has a Royal Flush bonus - surely this could change the EV of some of these marginal calls.

Use PT (or PO) to find out how your opponents play (http://www.hand-histories.com/opp_prof.php).
