Re: NL200$ 6-max, 6,6 semi-deep

Def fold pre, and def shove flop. Expect him to snap call with QQ+ and fold AK.

Re: NL100: Overpair on 4straight3flush board - value there?

I don't think he can call a push w/ a Q here. i honestly bet like 9 dollars or whatever amount I think a Q will call with.

Re: 200NL: QQ in re-raised

Yeah I def agree with the 2 above me. I kept getting confused about being in or out of position. In position i call flop. oop i CR.

Re: 200NL - 4 way, 3bet pot, flop tptk

definitely bet, get it in if raised. if I get flat called I would slow down on turn and probably vbet river unimproved.

not sure exactly on the math here but if they did go setmining here, I...

Re: I hate these spots: KK preflop oop facing raise and reraise

I guess it depends on your image. i would raise to 38 here with QQ+ and AK+ against everyone, and it would widen against a light 3bettor

Re: I hate these spots: KK preflop oop facing raise and reraise

I prefer raising to 38 or so rather than shoving because you will get a call from AK, whereas if you overbet shove I think AK can fold

Re: 200NL: QQ in re-raised

usually I would take OPs line and raise flop. (I said CR in my last post because i thought OP was oop) 4betting and then calling a shove is not so great in my opinion, but sometimes you have to...

Re: 200NL - TT on Q high wet flop against maniac - 3 bet pot

I'm saying, how are you going to CR the turn? Hero has 100 behind, pot is 170. We expect villain to bet 40 into a 170 pot and we jam for 60 more?

I don't think villain is going to bluff turn...

Re: I hate these spots: KK preflop oop facing raise and reraise

4bet, call shove. Now if you have like 200bbs+ it is interesting, but this is really straightforward imo.

i'd call and crai if he's that bluff happy. If he isn't that bluff happy but overvalues hands then shove. I doubt I'm folding.

Re: 200NL: QQ in re-raised

2 options

1) 4bet pre and cbet any flop
2) if you aren't 3betting, its with the intention to CR any non A board right? so do that. CR to 88, call shove.

Re: 200NL - TT on Q high wet flop against maniac - 3 bet pot

shove but expect to see QK type hands pretty much everytime when called. fwiw I think you have the best hand here most of the time.

Re: abusing bad TAG players preflop [theory]

3betting TAGs very often is going to get them to play back at you pretty quickly. I would do this a few times until I get caught and then tighten up, because they are going to remember you as that...

1) Call flop raise
2) bet turn
3) if he raises, shove all in, if he calls shove river improved, check unimproved

Re: nl100 vbet river?

the whole point of taking this line is to get value out of TPWK or 2nd pair. Definitely value bet this river. this is pretty elementary imo. Bet like 2/3rds of the pot.

Please bet the turn and call a shove.

As played, flip a coin on whether to call or not. All draws hit (45 included, which I think he would valuebet because a flush is not in your range the way...
