I had some problems with PAHUD on vista also. If you run it in administrator mode (right click icon -> poperties) it works. To get flicker free drawing you have to disable the Vista Aero user...

I've noticed ppl don't 3bet AK when there is a utg raise all the time. I have a hard time excluding that from his range. I would think that 1010 would check the river after you cold called the turn....
