I get what your saying about building the pot, but he overbetted the pot on the flop and turn, which partial made me think villain had a hand like 10s and was trying to push me out before overs hit,...

River bet doesnt seem strong enough to me to indicate a missed flush draw. Given that villain has played most of the hands so far, seems his range is pretty wide and he very well could have a 4 or 5....
