Well i just made that case, if you account for fold equity or if you think he calls even lighter than KJo+ then I think you can make a case for pushing any two.

i.e. if 363's ip was 111.222.X.X were there...

I am just saying it will give people MORE of an opportunity to do so, not that it cannot be done in a 20 hour event. I just think it will be much more conducive to this kind of cheating.
