I would call down.
I would only raise the flop if I think that AQ+ and TT+ is within his capping range (about top 5%). I would call a 3 bet, and calling down but folding the river UI.

Breaking even in equity edge is something you should like. There are worse positions to be in. It is impossible to fold out a set on the flop (exceptions to this obv)....
