The remote access for US players is not the problem. Someone could just set up a proxy in Europe and then the US players could use their own machines. The problem is a Europe address.

How about insurance paid by the poker site.

They would obviousily give you worse odds than you are getting by the pot.

That is how the table generally works. If the player is called they usuall just show one card and wait for the other player to confirm if they are good. Sometimes they wont show you the cards at all...
