Live 3/6. ~6 limpers, I complete 7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 6 /images/graemlins/heart.gif from the SB (normally I'd pass, but I'd just sat down and won a nice pot in the BB, and wanted to seem...

Re: Finding Chips On The Floor

Just last night, the floor comes up to me, with security by his side and holding a $20. He says, "You ever play Monopoly"; I think "WTF did I pass a bad bill?!"

It turns out that I had two $20s...

Live 3/6, AKs SB, big flop action

Typical live 3/6. Villain 1 is a young LAG (though sometimes turns inexplicably passive); villain 2 is an older guy I've played with many times, somewhat LP preflop, can be smart and tricky post. ...

Re: Poker After Dark thread (week of 10/1 - Poker Prowess)

WTF with Laak and cereal? Is that his shtick?

Last week it was funny, when he first brought it up with Shana this week it was amusing. When he kept going on about it, I dunno, the guy's totally...

French Lick cutting poker room in half

Notice for Central IN players who don't like the drive down to Caesar's: Starting tomorrow, the 14-table poker room will be cut to 7 tables, to make room for the West Baden Senior Center, um, I mean...

They're running a monthly 200+20 this Sunday. Normally, even on weekends, you're not going to find much higher than 1/3NL or 4/8, but tournament traffic might change that. I...

I'll be going there next weekend. Has anyone been there since the last update in this thread? In addition to the poker room, I'm interested in any other information about the resort.

I would just ask for a table and/or seat change. I never ask for a new setup unless I see some physically damaged cards.

Re: Live $80, isolate or bail?

I don't think a standard 3BB will do what I want here: With the EP limper, and the usual loose-passive play in the first level, 150 will just ensure multiple callers--including the BB, who I want...

Any Indiana rooms just rake the NL tables?

[/ QUOTE ]
