Their is abosolutely no type of regulation. No random testing. No verifiable protocol that can establish pay back percentage.
Maybe these issues are a little too complicated to discuss in this forum

Currently their is no method to guarantee "fair play" for virtual casinos.
Bricks and mortar (Las Vegas type) casinos have Gaming Commissions. Here is an example of the problem.

Pwc no longer makes these reports. But that is not the point
The point is Ecogra's requirements for fair gaming offer no garuantee of honest gaming.

Cyber casinos can not be tested in this...
