$25nl Can I semibluff the turn after checking the flop here?

I am trying to make the move from full ring to short handed. I am not use to being called down so much though. How bad did I do on this one?

I called on the flop to see what he does on the turn. Probably a big leak of mine. I could not put him on a hand so I didn't want to move in after he check-raised and have him call me and show 84....
