Re: KK tough turn decision

Oh my bad. Didn't realise this was 6-max only. Thanks Superman, good advice.

Re: NL25 FR, Playing for stack with TPGK

I would have raised to $1.5 preflop, then bet the pot or just under on the flop. I probably fold on the flop to a significant raise (say, 3 times my bet)

Re: 3/6 Stars AA, where do I slow down ?

I wouldn't give the SB credit for AQ or KK.

Lot of spewing going on here. I'm hating it when it's two bets back to me on the flop, and I'm bet/folding the turn. Maybe even check/folding against...

Re: PokerStars: RETURNED CHEQUE 3978

Hi Bob, I live in Australia too and play on pokerstars so I'm interested to hear how this worked out.

Re: russian roulette

Dunno if this is nit-picking, but I don't think there is a 1/6 chance of the bullet finishing in the top chamber (ie the weight of the bullet is a factor in where is ends up).

Re: Worlds thinnest value bet??

He'll probably be folding a busted club draw, but you might get paid off by a weaker ace. Easy bet I think.

82s in the SB, check-raising the turn

B&M 10/20 10-handed, very soft game.

EP3 is laggy, CO is loose/passivish but has a reasonable idea of where he's at in a hand.

Hero is dealt 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif2...

Considering starting a regular home game, need advice.

I live in a town that has one casino. The cash games offered are 200 and 500 buy-in no-limit, and 5/10 and 10/20 structured hold'em. On any given night there are at least two 5/10 tables but only...

Re: JJ on the button

UTG+1 is a woman guys, not a "he".

As for the hand, I call her down.

Re: 4/8 Live KTs Running Bad

I 3-bet the flop. It's unlikely that he's going to try for a free card again, so if he caps it check and call the turn and river. If he just calls the flop 3-bet lead out on any non-club turn.

Re: 2/4, AJs spews with no showdown

I call the 3-bet preflop.

On the flop I probably fold. You may only be drawing to the two non-diamond aces. Some kind of read on the BB would be helpful too.

Re: 5/10 Online. KQs from UTG. How badly did I hash this hand?

I think calling the two reraises preflop is fine. You're getting 6-1 on your call assuming UTG+1 calls too, which he will do nearly 100% of the time. You're probably in bad shape (it's fairly likely...
