And very often they are not considering what u have. they just raise.

i would call the flop raise the turn, bet the river.
being scared of KK , AA is silly. you may loose sometimes to them, but just keep raising with this board.

Flop- dont donk. and raise he's bet. u have a mid pair. try to get it there.
turn- call down from there.
