Cardio:
I am doing cardio 3 times weekly in the morning on non-lifting days. I do either the body for life 20 min cardio plan or 7 minutes of HIIT sprints.

Both have good action on Friday night.
Resorts has the bigger games 5/10 NL (1000 max) and on Friday 10/20 NL; MJ2 biggest game is 2/5 NL (300 max). Not sure what effect the HPT has on the games...

I have not made the trip to Indiana during the week. I plan on playing 5/10 NL at Resorts or 2/5 NL at MJ2. Does anyone know which location has better action during the week.
