If i push, he needs to pay 44k to win a pot of 116k, pot odds give him .37% equity for a call to be breakeven.
So, hardly will he fold.
I, on the other hand need .58% equity for a showdown to be...

Now, if you have a read that he will rarely fold (15%) ICM shows that you need to have ~58% equity against his range for a push to be break even.

I think the difference between a push and a raise here is rather marginal. Both raise and push can induce a call from a weak hand, it is highly player dependent, but i think a raise brings more money...

Some players do it on a steal, some with J7, some with 55. Readless, i'm having tough time deciding when to go to war too. But a fold is not bad.
