The withdrawal Fee i talked about was when you withdraw from moneybooker to your Bank-account. There is no fee when you cash out from the pokersite (except when the pokersite take a fee)

Moneybookers take less fee than Neteller if you want to upload funds (1.9% vs 3.9%), but they take a larger fee when you withdraw (2.3$ vs 1$), but they give you better exchange rate than neteller if...
