Re: How is Phil Ivey that good..

Yeah, he wanted to outplay Phil. Barry Greenstein said that Ivey's opponent was a big trapper -- he would never re-raise like that if he had a hand. So he thought his bets were really weak, and there...

Re: Shahram (Shawn) Sheikhan

In an interview, he said he loves to gamble but his favourite game is not hold'em, it's stud. He also got 2nd place in the stud WSOP event.

Re: Dmitri Nobles, biggest donk ever?

That was classic. The other player made a brave play on that though, Nobles looked like he was on a draw and with a 3 connector, he may have had it.

Dmitri Nobles, biggest donk ever?

Watch the latest episode of the ME (16). I can't believe this. Donked his way up to a big stack early (making risky loose plays, which is fine). But now with a big stack... whoa... you just have to...

Re: UK HSP. phil ivey set to play. wheeeeeeeeee

They should just call it high stakes euro or something. Although I love seeing ivey and the others play, they should get UK people in here like Surinder, Devilfish, etc.

Re: AK, weird flop, weird bet. What now?

The first mistake might be raising too little with AK preflop. I would raise big here, 600 does not cut it. On the flop, you have to fold, just over cards to an all in is not good in this situation,...

Is there a site with all the last hands for pros in the ME?

I know cardplayer has it but it's all there. I just want to see how the professionals got out.

Re: Riverstars at it again...

He should stop calling with trash like a 67. It needs to be suited!

Re: Worst plays you\'ve seen in the history of ESPN WSOP?

I remember some donk calling a LAG down on a scary board with K high. And the donk won.

Re: NL10: Early position with JJ against big re-raise.

Well normally I would toss this but this time I didn't. I was wondering what he would have. He doesn't play a lot of hands but re-raises big a lot. I don't know why but I decided to call. Flop came...

Re: Flopped a set but draw heavy board... get raised on the turn.

Well actually he moved all in on the turn, so I was kind of confused. I did call and he had QJ. I don't get his flop call with a draw... maybe he had his implied odds.
