Re: NL400: TT, I call a 3bet and turn my hand into a bluff?

But for the other people, doesn't it seem like I have an A/set here 100% of the time? I would figure they fold JJ-KK, hands like KQs and ofcourse small pairs with 2outs

Re: NL400: AQ, TPTK, time to catch a bluff?

Ok thanks for the advice, just recently started playing nl400 SH. anyways I called and the guy showed 9sTs. But if I bet 60 on the turn and 180 on the river, I can't see anyone but the biggest...

Re: NL400: AQ, TPTK, time to catch a bluff?

Actually my reason was not to induce him lighter, I just thought about it and it probably would induce him lighter /images/graemlins/laugh.gif if you get what I'm saying, but I find that many people...

Re: NL400: AQ, TPTK, time to catch a bluff?

Ok I forgot to explain that I was going to, I like to bet like that amount so that I get a little more value out of 6x, 77-JJ etc. Also yeah I guess it might induce him to bluff me lighter, If I had...

Re: flush against huge donkey on a trips board

don't bet the river, this is not the type of player to fold any full house, I wouldnt bluff the turn against this guy, if he called the flop he probably calls this turn

Re: NL200: K6s I steal blind vs blind

how would you have played it? on the turn I have 13 outs, so 13-38 or like 1-3, the pot is offering me over 2-1 I think I can call, I will most likely get the rest in on the river if I hit my draw

Re: NL200: K6s I steal blind vs blind

Re: 200nl: 77 -- i think i played this wonderful!!

I usually don't put people on air when they reraise preflop, bet into 2 other people on the flop and call a miniraise, and lead out the turn. He pretty much always has an overpair here, fold the flop...

Re: AQo isolates and flops big draw; NL50

Yes shoving is better if you think it has more folding equity, the more 1 pair hands you get to fold the more + ev it is for you.

Re: NL400: 200+ bbs deep AQs flops a FD

But everyone agrees on that this is a fold? last 5 times I have seen someone pushing all their money to a small pot has been a combo draw, but that was only 100bbs..
