Re: My Web ATM = garbage

Allen, I hope everything works out for you and I'd like to see you post on how this thing turns out. For my part, I had a nightmare with an outfit named ePassporte, which was always telling me that I...

Re: HU river

It looks like he's calling your missed hand. Maybe a raise preflop? With 2 pair on board you're looking at possible full house. Holding A6 with 234 flop it looks like a semi-bluff is a solid play...

Re: KK wtfigo?

Tight and weak is the defining phrase here. I hate the phrase "raise to see where you're at" but it seems appropriate here. They say you'll win a small pot with KK or lose a big one, but on a...

Re: KK wtfigo?

The third raise is Rockets. Maybe you could have raised preflop to find out. In any event, you're screwed.

Default line is to c-bet every time you are checked to.

If your image is tight, open raise more often on button and in the cutoff + hijack. Make it 4xBB to go, and you rarely get messed with by anything other than a real hand.

Play fairly...

Re: Awkward Turn

Looks like an easy check to me. The only way you're ahead is if he's on a straight draw. Why not wait to see if he busts it?

Re: Curing the Tilt?

Get up and get away from the table when you're feeling it: the injustice, the resentment, the "I'm owed one" attitude.

Go outside, check and see if any pigs or cows are flying in the air, and...

Re: Thoughts from a disappointed online player...

This was my initial reaction to this post, Hollywade. If you want to play B&M there are plenty of valid reasons to do so, but why would you just up and quit because a major site decided not to take...

Re: Did I go all-in at the right time?

[ QUOTE ]

An good exercise would probably be to get Pokerstove (just google it) and just plug in hands against ranges. You'll find, especially multi-way, that some seemingly weak HU holdings...

Fortuna

Could you please elaborate for a one year rookie like me regarding the comment about losing a 2-1 is not a bad beat?

And what is BBV?

Just trying to get better.

Re: Any tips for keeping your composure?

Yeah, I think about the last time TT sucked out against my AA with a 8T2 flop, in much the same situation as you described.

the thing i dont like about a flat call is you still dont know if he's on a monster (unlikely) or a weak hand such that a flop that hits you may just make you second best.

I don't hate you Bryan. I respect what you've accomplished, especially in WSOP. I'm just looking for someone who has seen/heard/purchased your system to get their opinion.

Re: The Micon System

I used the 2+2 online and seemed to do pretty well. What I found to be especially good was the "improved" version with stack to blind ratio dictating your all-in moves. It seemed to drive the bigger...

Re: Pokerstars 4/180 Final Table Question

Looks like a dream flop for the blinds. I'm not sure I'd stay with this after the turn. You did right to raise him IMHO, and with him calling there wasn't much you could do.

Re: I can\'t put him on quads, can I? Deep in 11r
