Re: what to do w/ \"nuts\"

if position was different, I might play different. but as played, I am folding before I get too involved.

Yes, you're probably giving up some equity but you're risking losing a lot more on turn...

Re: Sick Situation in 2-4 PLO game on Stars

Against an unknown I'd shove but there is a lot of players on stars against which I'd fold.

PS: Stars' regulars at mid stakes are generally tighter than what I see on FT or UB (not that many games...

Re: Folding an overfull to river minraise

Not that it contributes much to the analysis, but the hand I expect to see the most here IS AJ with flush draw possibly with a T or K for gut shot to chop.

EDIT: Come to think of it, naked sets...

good fold, he most probably has them aces.

aggressive factor on a specific street (not preflop) after <200 hands can pretty much be ignored.

Re: Folding an overfull to river minraise

I like the way you played it except I probably would make a crying call on river.

I expect to be beaten here by a fluke straight flush, aces full, even quad jacks sometimes, but seriously, 90 to...

Re: 2/4 NFD deep vs scary c/r

I like shoving if there is any fold equity against QQ/66/AQ at all.

Re: Big hand, HU, 220bbs deep

Shove flop for reasons wazz and many others already went into.

Turn bet reeks value bet with flush draw OR just blocking with what he believes to be best (AA, AT, 33, all possible here). As...

Re: bottom set vs shorty how to play

With no reads, just shove the flop.

That said, there is a ton of players at .5/1 against whom folding on flop is correct.

Re: Hands to choose to play against AAxx?

If you're "certain" you're up against aces, yeah.

EDIT: didn't see the reraise was so big.

Re: 5-5 Bike Hand - standard or stupid preflop?

I like it. TAG either reraise and get you a bunch of dead money or a bunch of people call and your hand does well multiway.

Somewhat standard short stack play in my opinion.

Re: Hands to choose to play against AAxx?

This really doesn't have much to do with how the hand is going to play out on the flop and how much profit you'll actually make.

Re: PL100 fullhouse reraised on turn

Dangerous assumption even at these levels.

2QQs, 6 Q8s, 1 88, and 1 89. QQ and 88 snap call all in. 89 will probably fold unless it's a fish. If you really believe all the players at 0.5/1 will...

Re: Calldown

fold turn, fold river is my line. Turn call is really iffy to begin with. River call is just "heroic" I like the bet on the turn though.

Re: Help with flopped TTP and ass-end gutshot

at .5/1 (I 9 and even 12 table those limits when I am not playing higher stakes), you get the nits and idiots with 1 or 2 occasional sharks.

I raise here against an unknown but there are a lot of...

Re: 10/20 Flop. Fold? Call? Push?

Because KRSTEN can have combo draws holding our cards, IMO, it is all the more important to shove here and try to get 33, KJ, and even JJ to fold (like roundtower said).

You're priced in anyway,...

Re: new live 5-5 plo game at bike...big hand

I am OKAY with teh call since you'll get to see UTG react to button on the flop first. I wouldn't make the call myself though given the deep stacks.

Bet flop. Probable best hand and you can't...

Re: Fh getting raised on the river what to do

I'd call at least.
67xx, 66xx, another T7, and obviously TT are all in his range. For some players, even 89.

I'd shove this against many opponents at 100 buy in level.

Re: Best Sites for FullRing-PLO

Sweet. I quit bodog last year because I can't get the client to run stably for me. I should try it again I guess.

I do remember the hi/lo game on bodog when it runs is beyond fishy... it was...
