Had to acknowledge something new with Moneybookers

Does anyone know if sites that use the iGaming Solutions software will be affected by this? It seems like iGaming Solutions and Futurebet share some of the same resources (theiroftware is almost...

Wire Transfers from EUR to CAD often get sent back

I have tried to process wire transfers from 2 different online casinos. Both times they have sent the wire and the money gets sent back at first. Then, ususally after a couple e-mails to the casino...

Re: Futurebet meltdown?

I think I might lose $650 because of this. If anyone has any more specific information about which sites will be affected by this, it would be much appreciated.

Is 27% rakeback the highest you can get a Full Tilt?

All of the big affiliates seem to advertise 27% for FTP. Is there some kind of limit on the percentage they can offer?

Anyways, I have never signed up at Full Tilt and am seeking a good affiliate...

Re: Looking for rakeback on Everest Poker and CD Poker.

I am thinking of signing up at Everest. Wondering where the best bonuses or incentives are.

Re: New Rake Structure at Prima/Microgaming

I don't think Stars, FTP, Everest, or iPoker do this. So definitely not most.

Party never used to but I think they do now.

New Rake Structure at Prima/Microgaming

Anyone else noticed that they changed the rake structure today. At $1/$2 tables they are taking 5% of any sized pot rather than the 25c per $5 they used to. This will make it a lot more difficult to...

Re: 7X Tower Gaming Reloads

I've played at OnGame sites a bit and I did not notice any cheating but when I checked out how they calculate rake and how much rake I was paying, I realized why I had trouble beating the lower limit...

Re: Mortgage (debt) over Investing, Anyone else?

For a Canadian, if you are considering investing outside of an RRSP, you are better off paying down your mortgage with excess cash and obtaining a new loan (Home Equity Line of Credit most likely)....

Re: Why did he play it like this? J9dd 15/30

It is not too bad at all. You are likely calling a flop c/r almost evertime on this board with this much money in the pot so a flop c/r does not do much to protect.

If the guy thinks you are...

Re: Party surprize promotion. Any winners?

I was reading the terms and conditions in detail this afternoon because I had doubts about the promotion. They stated that the numbers were selected "at random" from 1-300. Clearly Party does not...

Re: NL 200, flopped set; River play?

I pushed. He called. He rivered the nuts and I lost. I was berated by someone on another forum about my river play here. It shows how much posting the results does to sway peoples opinions. I am glad...

Re: NL 200, flopped set; River play?

If villain has been pretty passive but not afraid to call big bets is there still an advantage to the c/r? I don't see a huge advantage to the c/r but perhaps I did not properly describe my opponent...

NL 200, flopped set; River play?

I have a very aggressive image at this table. In addition, villain has already called pot-sized bets on the flop and turn with A high with a bad kicker and in general seems like a callbox. However,...

Re: BEAT: Largest amount I have ever lost in one hand. BRAG: I won it

I still don't think the push in hand 1 was bad against this opponent.

Re: BEAT: Largest amount I have ever lost in one hand. BRAG: I won it

LOL. It was 4 hours ago when I played this hand and my Dad was in the room talking to me when I played it, so I forgot the details. Geeze!

Re: BEAT: Largest amount I have ever lost in one hand. BRAG: I won it

I am still not sure if you are trying to say that my play was bad? I also believe this opponent was calling all his chips with 2-pair here. I had a very LAGGY image at this table.

Re: BEAT: Largest amount I have ever lost in one hand. BRAG: I won it

My bad. Good point. I guess that makes it a bad push. I have only been playing NL ring games for 2 days, so I am still learning.
