I think his pf range for 3betting is like AK, QQ+ if he's "very tight". So he can have:

QQ - 3 combos
KK - 6 combos
AK - 8 combos
AA - 1 combo

So: 50% of the time (QQ, KK) he folds and you...

I think the raise is ok. This is the point where you're most likely ahead, so it's the right thing to do. And this is also the point where villain is likely to pay you off (with his overs or worse...

I believe that calling this pf is marginal to not-so good. Axs is quite overrated. You need some additional value to your hand like having a read that you'll be able to muscle the pot away from him...

If you want to raise his flop bet let it be to at least $4.5. If you don't want to put in that much, then don't raise.

You may want to call now and get it in on a Q/A/spade turn.
