I think his pf range for 3betting is like AK, QQ+ if he's "very tight". So he can have:
QQ - 3 combos
KK - 6 combos
AK - 8 combos
AA - 1 combo
So: 50% of the time (QQ, KK) he folds and you...

I think the raise is ok. This is the point where you're most likely ahead, so it's the right thing to do. And this is also the point where villain is likely to pay you off (with his overs or worse...

an ideal vpip would probably be 30-40 with a pfr of less than 5. you have to see as many flops as possible as cheaply as possible to beat the lowest levels of nlhe.
