Papelbon wasn't on the 2004 team. I also think it's reasonable to aim for higher goals than the SB if you've won as many as the Pats have.

Complaining about running up the score is stupid in professional sports.
I would not complain about anyone running up the score against my team.
If key player is accidentally injured in garbage...

If they are using last weeks game as an example I don't think they ran it up. At the end the score was 41-27 a 14 point difference. If they took a knee and turned the ball over on downs...
