Re: TP2K OOP vs. limping fish

Is this every really a worse ace? I raised UTG and have shown strength throughout. Villian's a fish, not a maniac.

TP2K OOP vs. limping fish

No reads, but villian has fishy stats (40/5/.5 over 18)
I'm 21/18/4, solid TAG.

Re: TT Overpair on Coordinated flop

[ QUOTE ]
no villain is folding the turn when they check raise

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed. I think that with, like, 300-350BB b/3b might be a viable line, though.

NH, me, I guess. Thanks guys....

Re: TT Overpair on Coordinated flop

He's tricky, but definately not retarded. Anyone like a b/3b bluff on the turn with a plan for showdown if not raised?

TT Overpair on Coordinated flop

Villian had been active, 3betting me often from the blinds and in position, floating, donking, playing pretty solid, running 16.8/14/5. I'm playng 24/22/3.8 at this table over 200 hands. Villian has...

Re: 100nl - AA - Horrible Flop

Bet/fold the flop, check/fold the turn.

Re: Value Bluffing with double stacks

Nice.

Villian calls w/ JJ, folds KK often. Obviously, this line is much better w/ KK.

Re: 200NL 150BB Value on this river?

I shove. Villian almost always has JJ+.

Edit: FTR, I check QQ.

Re: 8/9s great flop great turn horrible river

There is no value in betting. If villian was chasing and you check behind, you win.

Assigning a very tight range:

Re: 200bb deep, 3 way fd, what is ur action

Raising is bad, given what you've said about your image. Seems like you've got little fold equity.

Re: 100NL: AK I think this is std but it just didn\'t feel right

Spew. There are no combo draws on board and you're overrepping your hand. Unless you've got solid reads Villian never calls this (bluff) with worse.

Re: Top and Bottom vs Minraiser

When he bet $55 into $37 I decided to call down, thinking TT and JJ made up most of villian's range.

3rd orbit at the table. No reads, except what stats I've got over 22 hands with the villian, who's running 51.85/11.11/0.76

Re: help me move down - advice needed

Move down to .1/.25, play 4 tables for 5k hands, make use of what time you're allowed to make decisions, play your game. Shouldn't take more than 5000 hands before you're moving up comfortably,...

We don't have to do much to get it in here. I like $18.

Re: Facing huge donklead overshove on the flop 200NL

Simple odds proposition. Fold: you're getting like 1.15:1.

Re: nl200 QQ IP vs large prf

I think it's marginal simply for the fact that when the money goes in on the flop, we're WA/WB, whereas if it goes in over the course of 3 streets he's range broadens to include quite a few more...

Re: nl200 QQ IP vs large prf

Since UTG is a donk, smoothcall; you want his money too. Villian's stats indicate he's pretty passive postflop. Evidence that he's tilting?

Re: nl200 QQ IP vs large prf

Reads on UTG? Stats on both?

I call. UTG is yet to act and, since CO is tilting, we don't want to end the hand here. Our money is made postflop.
