YES and therefore...

it does not make sense to call in a cash game.

It does not make sense to call early in a tournament either.

The fact that big blind and small blind limped...would u feel that you are that much of an underdog preflop?

All of saying is its not the best choice to limp with J4 here but its not the worse...

Well the pot would be very small relative to the chip stacks (like say average chip stack of remaining players on the flop is 500K and blinds are 2K 4K). (again all 3 of you limped pre-flop...again...
