Re: Start spreading the news... (NYC Poker)

All he talked about were things that have already happened, clubs that have come and gone. Nothing hypocritical about that. The rule is not to talk about clubs that are currently operating.

Re: Starting up a small poker room

2K is not enough. 5K at minimum. Talk to some lawyers, preferably ones that have been prosecutes in your city and have connections. Put one on retainer, its not a matter of if, but when.

Suicide Pool - Indy or ......

I've picked Dallas, New England, Washington, and Chicago.

Indy looks like the best pick, but I Have a bad feeling about it, mainly because I don't know what to make of the Bucs.

Anyone have a...

Re: UFC 76

I think the main problem is that the judges are chosen the same way boxing judges are chosen, they're only criteria for getting the job is that they are connected to the athletic commission in some...

Re: UFC 76

I think that until the judging criteria is clarified, it will be very difficult to make accurate assessments for betting purposes in fights like these two. When fighters are evenly matched, and...

Re: I\'m thinking of Picking the Jets this week in my Knockout/Survior

Oh, sorry I didn't explain the rules better.

I\'m thinking of Picking the Jets this week in my Knockout/Survior Pool

Am I crazy?

Single elimination pool, 75 runners, about 50 left. I like to take some weaker teams at the begining, saving some of the stronger teams for later in the season.

Good strategy, or...

Re: UFC 74 Thread

I wouldn't bet against Randy vs anyone in the world right now, yes including Fedor. The guy is on fire.

All I want for Christmas is for the UFC to sign Fedor, and make the match with Randy on...

Very close technical first round. That last heard shot to to the face may have won the round for Batman.
