I only count 12 outs on the first hand on the turn. Which gives you about 25%. I would have either reraised the flop or check the turn.

Thank you. After looking back on it myself I realized it was probably a bad call and probably even a bad raise preflop. I am indeed not very comfortable playing out of position. Leading into the flop...
