Re: 25 NL TT reraised 200 deep

So I opted for the flat-call. What do you bet on the turn? Make it 12ish? Full pot?

Re: 25 NL TT reraised 200 deep

Well, at first it was for set value. After the flop though, it seemed that his bet was weak and that I should go after the pot. Just curious how to proceed

25 NL TT reraised 200 deep

I was running about 25/19 when this happened and bad guy was 25/11. He seems pretty nitty post-flop and never really got into trouble.

Re: overpair vs. paired board on turn

I would raise more PF - probably to 1.25 and bet full on the flop for sure. On the turn, I'd probably pop out 2/3 of the pot (and fold to a huge raise probably) then check/fold the river. You...

Re: How is this?

I would bet the full pot on the flop, especially since the flush draw is out there.

I'd probably bet 2/3 of the pot on the turn.

Does anyone check the turn when the flush card hits AND there...

Re: what do you do here when the [censored] card hits on the turn?

What do you do if you're OOP? Lead out and fold to a raise? Check/fold?

Re: Official Stars Regulars Thread: Part II

at NL25, i've seen some of the solid regulars as:

andiminator
perchardi
quertyman1
redscorpion_x (not sure how it's spelled)
hero of time

I definitely try to avoid big pots with these guys....

Re: AA flop decison, too nitty?

I dunno - at times I play 1.5 AF and i do it to thinking players

edit: not saying this is the case this time - just something to also think about

Re: AA flop decison, too nitty?

I agree - you see so many 4's, club draws, and lower overcards, just push.

Re: AQo OOP vs. an 3-bet

What does AQ show you in poker-tracker? I've found that if I play AQ (suited or not actually) OOP, I lose money. For me, it's a fold. In position, I probably call and re-evaluate. With reads,...

Aggression numbers?

I'm kinda lost as to what exactly they mean and how you use them during a hand. Any help?

Thanks

Re: Several hands at .25/.50, comments appreciated.

Hands 1 and 2 seem pretty standard. Hand 3 I'd fold on his push. Hand 4: eh; not sure. I usually check/call after a min-raise. I think that one was just unfortunate. Hand 6 I'd push the turn.

Re: NL $25 QQ Bet into on the Flop

I think I would raise to 7 and re-evaluate. That 2.50 could be a small overpair (99,etc) , a club draw, or some garbage such as A7. You have to find out where you are and just calling this allows...

the 50NL advice is spot on. I would add I look for a table that has a "see flop percentage" over 40% during the US evening and over 35 % during the day (Eastern US time). I also avoid more than 2...

Re: 25nl - 2 pair vs river push from a lagtard

25 NL AA - what to do on turn?

I'd been running hot the last 5 hands or so and had raised all of them up pf, taking 4 down with cont bets and winning the previous going to showdown. villain was somewhat tight, but not nitty.
