Hi,
I have a 30 gig video Ipod and have recently started downloading podcasts. My itunes library had a seperate podcast directory but when I drag it to my ipod device for loading it goes straight...

I just tried the Fiber One bars (chocolate & oats - I believe.) They were really good and had lots of fiber (9+ grams). I also like the Apricot Cliff Bar and the original tiger bar.
