Task manager, processes, right click on PT and choose low.
You'll have to do this each time you run it.
I cannot emphasize the importance of turning off all unnecessary performance items.

You did not say what speed your computer is/ CPU/MEMORY.
The HUD ran my AMD 3300+ at 100% and kept the computer so hot that I was forced to buy a new computer as it kept overheating. With PT and...
