Open up your game more in position. You make twice as much in the cutoff and button as you do in other positions. Play more hands in position. I'm trying to play a 30/15 at least on the button.

Whats up with the recent trend of everyone massively overbetting the pot? Say there's 4 BB in the pot on the river, and someone bets 12 BB into it. I've only switched back to cash the last two weeks...

I'd probably call getting darn near 3:1. You only have to win 1/4 of the time roughly for this to be profitable. He could have AT, A8, Ax. He probably has a Q, but for that big of a pot, I'd call....

How often do you defend your BB? The -.39 BB/hand seems to suggest you're defending light. Check out some of your hands where you lose big in the BB.
I fold BB to steal 84% and am up .14 BB/hand...
