Just got a message from a buddy in Vegas - the 200 buyin game (2-5 NL) is now 200-500 buyin. Can anyone else confirm this? I'm sure he's not lying, but I'd hate to start any rumors.

True - we all agreed that there was no legitimate way for the bet to have been taken back because they were in fact in plain view within the stack, and had been in play for at least 5 hands. ...
