Any time a casino refuses to cash chips, call gaming. If you have the chips, the casino has to cash them. MGM has a reputation for not cashing chips of suspected AP blackjack players. Once gaming...

Why not just buy in at a craps game with it, play a few rounds and then either leave or get it colored up to black chips only? Then you can cash the blacks without any problem.

I play at Winstar on a fairly regular basis on weekends (2-3 weekends a month) Usually 2/5 unless I'm waiting for a seat. Then, I play 1/2 until a seat becomes available.
