Flop call is ok imo, flop raise would make you bluffing. Only better hands call you, worse hand fold. I think raising this flop isn't a very good idea.

I like playing draws aggressively as well .. but I think one of the reasons you play your draws aggressively is the fold equity you get. Since he raiset your bet on the flop, your FE is very little....
