Sorry, i forgot to nemtion history.
Villian 3-bet me 5 hands before this particular hand, which got me a little suspicious. This is why I´m wondering if anybody thinks that 4-betting this preflop...

Villian is a decent player and I have about 100 hands with him.
He runs around 28/21.
Stacks are 100BB, NL200, 6-max.
What´s the best line?

I´d call and check turn. If he keeps on firing Id probably fold with no history. To everyone who says push, do you think that this is a bluff? It REALLY looks like a set to me.

Id just try to check this one down. I have a very hard time seeing Villian folding anything here, and I think this is probably a pair like 9´s or 10´s.

I just fold to the flop raise. Worst case is set/2 pair/straight. Even if he is semibluffing with like 9-10 hearts, you are not in good...
