mid pair multiway, calldown?
The villain is a complete moron - 84/74/4.8!
No other significant read of other players.
Can I call down here even with two other guys going along for the ride?

Re: AJo
i think on the flop its an automatic raise. in position with a flush draw on board. just bet and go from there.
the way its played, he could have either a made flush on the turn and slowplaying a...

interested to know what my default line should be
i've faced this situation once or twice and i'm interested in what my default line should be. assume the villain is an unknown.
i'm debating whether in these situations i should raise the turn and...

villian is 70/4.3/.35 over 70. he has seen me fold on a couple of donk bets before, probably why he donks on turn here. but on the other hand he has check raised me numerous times before. with that...

Re: i think i screwed up, but i don\'t know where
on the flop, i guess i got too tricky. i tried to check raise him on the turn, but after some thinking, that was probably not so smart.
i 3 bet the river b/c he would have to be a complete moron...

i think i screwed up, but i don\'t know where
Villain has just sat in. This is his second or third hand.
I know I missed a couple of bets here, but I'm not quite sure what the best way to play this is. In hindsight, I guess I should've 3-bet...

Re: $27: Garbage in SB flops strong draw
why would you fold the turn? you're getting a better price than you did on the flop.
that bet tells me he has a higher flush but there is no way you can fold. raising makes no sense.

Re: $114 Standard Resteals
first one is pretty standard and its an automatic raise by me.
the second is a little bit more tricky b/c of the bubble situation. but with a mid pair its automatic for me too. calling would be a...

Re: (6.50) TT in the SB
[ QUOTE ]
I think you're either barely ahead or way behind. No villan is raising half his stack with a smaller pair.

Re: (6.50) Top 2 on monotone board
i'm really confused by the UTG's actions though. he doesn't have AK or AQ most probably so i think we can rule that out. i think its capable of the big stack limping in with a suited connector and K...

Re: $11 Heads up straight draw flop decision
i would just fold preflop, just escape while you put in as little money as possible
on the flop, if you call this then you are putting a chunk of your stack for just the turn card. the best...

Re: quick question about AQ preflop multiway
[ QUOTE ]
This is a pretty easy 3-bet generally.
Also your question is really broad. You don't give the stakes or any kind of reads. These things greatly effect what Aces to fold, call or raise...

raise from hijack, co and button cc. i'm in the sb with AQo. standard table and really no reads.
i really hate my position, my thought process is that raising only builds the pot which doesn't do...

Re: Top pair no kicker against a fishy player?
the turn was a 2, do you see the guy holding a 2 when he limps utg? doubtful. this hand seems good as played, with the exception of maybe a value bet on the river figuring he'll call with A high and...

Re: Should I check this turn, (part1)?
with the board i would check. i can't see him holding anything other than a pair of fives, a set, or a flush draw. unless you have a read that he is ultra defensive in the blinds (and on a non club...

Re: Boring Hand.
you're in complete control of the hand, don't scare him away, call flop call turn and reraise river. raise if he ever checks. let him get out of line with bluffs and 9x while still making a good...
