Re: NL50: AQ in BB versus LAG+bunch of TAG callers.

I think its either 3-bet pre or fold...if u get it heads up against the LAG, then I would want to get it all in on this flop. The turn is bad, completes an OESD, 2pair his QJ. Does he fire...

Re: 3bet fun- whats a good calling range here vs villains flop shove?

A semi-solid TAG does not coldcall AK pre??!!

I can only see him having sets here...I would have bet 16, and fold to a push unless AA or AK...if he bluffs then well played...

Re: Help me play my JJ

This is really read-dependent. if you have a LAG image, and he is a good player he will 3-bet u lighter. If he is good, then I dont think he will give a LAG player a free card on the turn with AA,KK...

Re: Hows my line with AA

can this guy have a set here on the flop, or is that out of the question? if he has AK or Kx here he is not a nit, and the read is wrong....

Re: Hows my line with AA

I think u played it fine, I think I would bet more like 21 on the river, given the reads. I would fold to a push, the 17 dollar bet seems very weak...

A real nit raising UTG, calling 3-bet and...

Re: $50NL TPTK standard?

My line: 3-bet to 7$ pf, if called c-bet 3/4 pot. if called on flop I think i would check and call a resonable bet on the river. u have position, use it!

As played: reraise on flop is fine. the...

Re: 44 Reraised Pot

Since its the first orbit, I wouldn't 3-bet him. You know nothing of his stealing (maybe he doesnt steel). 44 is in my opinion only callable in this situation against totally unknown opponent. so ur...

Re: NL50 Ace High Push, is this spew?

He is a nit, who raises from UTG. His range is small, imo. And he calls ur 3-bet. bigpair, maybe AK.

and then he calls a 3/4 bet on flop which tells me he has QQ/KK/AA (maybe JJ).

Whit ur push...

Re: Set of aces on a flush board.

10 hands is nothing, dont rely on stats.

very drawheavy board, pot on flop, if he plays back at u there, shove imo.

if he just calls, u got position on him and can re-evaluate ur play on turn....

Re: (NL200) top two vs. river shove

Why such a weak bet on the turn, what are u afraid of. This could easily be done by a worse hand. U have shown weakness and he migth think his lower two pair is good, but it could also be a play with...

Re: Flopped nuts on drawy board - best way to extract?

Ur betsize seems perfect in this situation. If he has a any part of this (meaning any 9, any overpair, or trying to bluf at it) he will shove. If he shoved something stupid like underpair you just...

Re: 200NL - would you like to play against an 85/50/3?

I played a guy like this yesterday, and he ended up taking a byin from me, after he outdrew me on the river twice + getting payed of with his straight on the turn. He was a complete maniac, betting...

Re: Flopped nuts on drawy board - best way to extract?

U got exactly what u wanted, and u should be in front here. He doesnt put u on a 9 here due to ur preflop raise. I think he showed KQ or KK, but if KK, bad luck...

Re: AKs disguised

His c-bet is strong into 4 players. By just calling the flop, u have havent shown much strength. I would reraise to to get out FD, by just calling ur giving the other guys better odds of calling. So...

Re: 200NL QQ 3-bet Dry Flop Turn Decision

What position has he been 3-betting u from. A 3-bet from the smallblind looks strong to me, and the 72$raise scares me. If he has been 3-betting OOP before, i think i would reraise this flop, if not...

Re: 200NL - Flopped Middle Set Vs 2 Donkeys...

U would just hate yourself if u coldcall, and they hit their flush/straigt. Since these guys are pretty much terrible i would have a hard time folding to a push on the turn even if the flush/straight...

Re: i just folded a set, and i felt gross

I would reraise here everyday, but i tend to loose to straight and over-set on these hands. As u said you got a stack of him earlier, so this seems like a "im still mad at u bet".

I would reraise...

Re: QQ hand

As played, just call river. I would have bet again on the turn, maybe something like 45$. And check the the river if i get called. His stats tell me that his 3-bet range isnt that tight, he could...

Re: Some more hero calls

Hand 1: I would have reraised the flop. That first bet from Villan seems to be a "what do u have bet". He bets 6$ into 17. If he is somewhat agressive u know that he will fire again on the turn. I...

My bad for posting results, will not do that in the future, my second post though.

20NL: Straight vs Possible flush

How can I now that he doesnt have the flush? or is that impossible to know because of the raise (weak one though)
