Depending on the opponent, I don't think I could ever fold. Against his hand range we are in decent shape equity wise. If he has the nuts, he has the nuts.

I don't really see leading out getting...

Stack depth is a real key here. With 100BB, especially if the pot is raised preflop, it isn't really going to matter. Check-raising is often going to be a good way to get your entire stack in...

A lot of it depends on the table dynamics and stack depth.

With a smaller stack, i.e. one that will let you get all-in with a flop C/R, then going for the C/R is ok, especially with aggressive LP...
