The thing is not weather you define your hand as a draw by checking but what is the outcome of betting/ checking the turn.
I believe we don't have enough fold equity here if we bet...

GiantBuddha, I think considering the range of hands you are facing from all opponents and the non-existent fold equity a fold is in order, week as it may seem.

I'd say this is push or fold. Position doesn't matter very much IMO.
If you decide you have 14 outs you push. I'm not even sure you're good if you make the flush.
