I would say that 200 is only enough if you want play extremely tight and look for a double up opportunity. Most pots are raised to 25-40+ so you need to have some ammo after the flop.

They did shut down the room early last year. But reopened last fall with just 3 tables.

I was there from 7 pm Monday Night until 5 am when the 2-5-10 NL(mandatory straddle after midnight) game...
