It's possible, but the fact that they've played their higher pp so passively rather than 4-betting suggests that they'd be weak enough to fold against an all-in.

Yeah, instacall. Villain is crushed with random hearts more than enough to compensate for the times he has a set, and you're flipping or better against the rest of his range.

Bet $300 on the flop, call the river given the odds. Use the result to help ascertain whether villain is tricky or a tag so you'll know what to do in future.
