when you converted to GBP do you get hit with the dodgy exchange rate each time you sit down/leave a table?
To avoid the whole thing i just withdraw in USD, and the bank exchanges it to GBP...

Went into nothing makes sense so call mode. Villain is 50/16 with big flop and river agg factors (5/3) Flop raise should have been bigger, would have made it easier. But what about turn/river?
