Re: TP2K on paired board re-raised all-in
Should've raised the flop after his bet. You're commited to this hand on the flop and you should deffinatly make a big raise. Merely calling that flop is a very bad play in my opinion.
On the turn...

Re: Felt like the right move, was it?
One the first hand I would push all-in before the flop. With 500 sitting on the table and no one showing strength this is a place to move in.
Second hand I would have to fold because he's going to...

Re: 3.4-KK whats my turn line?
Don't put anymore money in this pot after the flop, unless you improve or he checks the turn. then you can make a small river bet if a blank hits to stop a bluff.
His call on the flop with two...

Re: $27 43s => trips => full house
He most likely has an ace here. The BB would've led out on the flop with a six, especially with all the weakness showing. Good bet on the turn to get an ace to call, and now follow it up with a 200...

Re: $27 55 early
Preflop: YOU MUST FOLD! Early in a SNG you should be playing very tight. Calling in a late position with a small pocket pair after a caller or two is a great situation, or if you were in the small...

Re: $6 turbo - J7o push?
I"m not sure that pushing is the best move, but even if its not its certainly not a horrible move. With their stack sizes this looks like a good time to put pressure on them tho.
You actually...

Re: $114t- Common spot facing an AI OTB
Your hand is worth playing. Knowing that your opponent is a strong late tournament player is valuable in this situation because you now know that he is probably pushing with a wide range of hands.Y...

Re: $555 QQ - take it to value town?
If you value bet you will get called and win only a very small percentage of the time. VERY SMALL INDEED. Getting raised is a disaster. So value betting is bad
Pushing All-in will not get sets to...

Re: 22+2$ FT - awkward bubble spot
Well, one thing you know is that it is highly unlikely your opponent will fold here with t5,800 in the pot and only about 2,500 to call he is getting over 2-to-1, and any hand that could make a raise...

Re: Overplayed 88?
[ QUOTE ]
Terrible decision.
The re-raise itself isn't horrible per se. It's that you didn't take into account the fact that you're priced in to call a preflop shove from villain afterwards. At...

Re: AKo round 1, with 6xBB raise in front
CALL CALL AND CALL AGAIN! What would a reraise be good for? Not for isolation (300 is big enough to scare away more limpers). Not for positional perposes (you already have position).
Also if you...

Re: Time to Bluff?
Check and see if you can catch a queen, king or ace. BTW I think a smaller "probe" bet would've been batter on the flop. Something like 400. But your bet was fine in my opinion. But yeah... take a...

Re: Did i play this 99 poorly in 22r
I would raise the flop to define my hand, then if called check the turn and see what he does on the river... in your hand it looks like he has an eight or maybe pocket fours. I would definatly fold...

Re: I want to call my stack off with A9 high
I very much like going all-in before the flop with this hand. you only have an M of about 8 and you'll avoid putting youself in this tough decision after the flop. Just stealing the blinds brings...

Re: This is So freaking second level
Wow, both calls are horrible.
First call: never going make enough to justify that call.
Second call: If even one of them has a pair you are about a 5.5-to-1 underdog againts that single person.

putting in 1600 more I mean.
And if he has Adxd you still have outs on the turn. Tho I think it is a bit unlikely he has Adxd. Why?
1. because he just called your raise before the flop, he would...

Re: help ! how should i have played my KQs
1. No folding before the flop... I would've made the play you did, but calling is alright too.
2. You got 2 callers and your in the middle of them. when the SB bet I would've raised a big ammount....

Re: I think he has a big pair but what do i do?
Call and give the SB a chance to call with a worse hand. You have such a powerful hand even if he has aces you have 11 outs and with kings you have 14 outs. Just because he minumum raised you before...

Re: 66 in middle position
first question is kind of hard... fold, call, or raise.
1.Raising: you not that desperate to steal the blinds.. I don't like raising here.
2.Calling: probably best when your aganist bad players...
