It's a small pot, and if it's early in the session this is a good time to get a fold in.
You're behind often enough to fold, and it will make you look weak on the river, which is good.

If UTG is that bad he has probably made a bad call already and getting him to call another will make up for the times you are behind the button.

Unless he is the folding type you should donk both turn and river.
Even aggro players like this occaisionally mix it up by calling the flop cr and raising the turn with an unimproved big ace.
