In this case though there's no flush draw and no higher straight draw (Except jack-nine for a 3 outter gutshot), the only turn card that possibly kills my hand is the board pairing in the unlikely...

Looks good to me, even if he has a flush we've 10 outs anyway and it's a hand like kxkh enough to make the turn an easy call with the odds you're getting, rest of the streets are played perfectly.
