Re: Standard hand???

Seems pretty standard although sometimes I fold this flop depending on reads.

Re: a flop spot

I think a muck is in order as well, SB is most likely raising a OESD+pair or FD here. This is only assuming he's as loose from the blinds as a lot of 30/10 types I've encountered.

Re: 5/10; double barrel or not, call river w/ ace high?

I check the turn and fold the river since you're just chopping with any other A hi. I'd also like to know his WTSD since it's a good indicator as to whether or not he's going to be donking the river...

Re: 88 vs 2 maniacs, turn/river decisions

Converter didn't mess up, hand is HU on the turn, title may have been misleading, it's 2 LAGS preflop, I knock one out with my flop raise, really I'm just cooncerned about the action on the turn and...

The fact that I can now drink at my home casino, even for ridiculous prices, makes me happier than you'll ever know.

Re: 88 vs 2 maniacs, turn/river decisions

In retrospect that statement makes little sense even to me, I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that part.

88 vs 2 maniacs, turn/river decisions

MP is 40/30/3 maniac who coldcaps w/A8o and 3bets any 2 broadway and pretty much any pair, any Ax, any Kx, any Qxs and a whole plethora of random trash.
CO was seperated at birth and is 40/35/3 and...

Calling pf cap multiway vs. obvious overpair.

UTG is 47/2/4 over 200. BB is 41/30/2 over 650.
The only times UTG has EVER 3b he showed down KK and QQ respectively, he's limped AKs twice, once from UTG and once in the CO. He cannot laydown big...

QQ vs pf cap and UI broadway flop

CO here is 37/20/3 over 150 and will open raise w/almost ATC from CO/BTN pf, and if not in the lead will c/c ATW w/any pair any draw post flop. Also, once he has put in a pfr he WLL NOT fold preflop...

TPBK vs overaggro BTN PF 3b

Villain is 37/20/3 over 100 and has been 3b very light on the button, he will always bet when checked to, but gives up on the turn when faced with resistance.

Don't normally raise this hand UTG,...

heh I missed that we picked up a flush draw. my comment still stands here, though if you had any FE vs small pairs a raise would be good.

no FE means good implied odds. so just call and...

probably would depend on how light he 3bets you.

Re: A hi value raise on the turn.

Well, I went back and stoved his range based on how he'd been playing and it came out like this.

Re: J9s blind defense

I really don't think there's any way you can extract more on the big streets, villains like this tend to shut down when raised on the turn/river. NH.

A hi value raise on the turn.

Villain minbought and stacked off 1st hand to me w/busted gutter. Has been extremely aggro w/any draw and is generally dumping. I have no FE here hence why it seems more like light value raise than a...

Re: K9s in Blind defense.

I really don't like any of this hand especially against aggro villain like this one.

PF I think is a 3b against a 40% BTN open.

I REALLY don't like the flop, you c/c w/7 outs and the BDFD,...

Re: Good drawing hand.

I think this is an easy chk behind. When villain calls the turn raise he's going to SD almost 100% of the time. You are pretty much never getting a better hand to fold here on the river.

On the...

Re: AK vs 2 villains. First one donks, then the other, wtf?

I don't think you guys fully appreciate how wide a range 56% is. Stove it and you'll see:
Axs, Kxs, Qxs, J3s+, T4s+, 95s+, 85s+, 75s+, 65s+, Axo, K4o+, Q6o+, J7o+, 22+.

Re: NL25 KK I\'m lost......

First, I think your flop bet needs to be a PSB since your 3/4ish bet is offering 4 to 1 and this flop is likely to have hit a lot of hands. Since villain is SB he could be playing any number of...
