Re: Theoretical questions about the Stop-and-Go
If you reraise preflop, you are not running a stop-n-go.
Stop-n-go = call preflop out of position, push any flop

Re: hand against moron in UB $33 Rebuy
FWIW I think my raise was 5325 or so. Just 1500 more would have made my stack roughly equal to the pot postflop which would have been better as several have noted.
I did run the "go and go"...

I like the preflop check since you will hate nearly every flop without a 9 and you'll be OOP multiway based on your read. I guess pushing isn't terrible, but I like the check...

Re: River spot early in stars 320
Jamming folds too many Ax hands but still gets called by all the hands that beat you (well, maybe an occasional 5 folds but I wouldn't count on it).
Plus, I always include a small amount of value...

Re: Hmmmmm. Then I thought and said hmmmmmm again
I gave the very good short all-in player 77+, AJ+, KQs
If I give the BB 88+ and AK, you are basically in a dead heat for the side pot.
If you take away 88 from the BB's range, it is an easy...

Re: Re-resteal in UB 25k guarantee
I have you at 36% if called by 77+/AJ+/KQs. So, you need him to fold at least 45% of the time.
I think it's close to EV neutral with no read, but probably slightly negative because I doubt he is...

Fold to a stop-n-go on the flop if an A or some other believable flop hits. Call stop-n-go on rag flop.
If checked to on...

I don't like the play in this case since all of the profit centers you mentioned are compromised by the combination of position and stack size:

I disagree with roughly 80% of this. except that you got called 3 ways, so you'd much rather have AK here than 44, and I don't cbet AK there either. so there you are.

Re: Hmmmm, I think I have best hand....bet, check or push
Bet because betting is more fun than checking.
450-500 is the perfect amount whether you have a hand, a draw or nothing.
If you had a read that the guy would bet the turn most of the time when...
