Re: NL10 TPTK c/r-ed ai on drawy flop

i fold this.
villain here almost always has 2pair+ and sometimes some strong combo draw.

Re: NL10 KK on 4-flush river

villains here usually call to catch their flush.i make a pot size bet on the turn and fold to this river.

Re: NL10 How did I play this one?

if villain plays loose pre-flop he calls with the hands you have mention plus Axs,SC,suited one gappers, pocket pairs and maybe other suited hands such as K8s+/Q8s+.

Re: NL10 How did I play this one?

i like c-betting this flop.it is very unlikely that villain has improved his hand with this flop, so with a c-bet we usually take the pot.
the way this hand was played i call the turn bet and fold...

Re: Min 3bet with AK

i like the reraise.after you get a call and miss make a c-bet if you like to take it down right there,if not give it up.

Re: Best line with AJo facing an UTG raise?

i don't think is bad to 3-bet AJ in position from time to time

Re: NL10, TPGK facing strange shove on the turn

there are no draws to the board so we only beat JT or bluffs.
i fold this.

Re: NL10: AQ hits TPTK against absolute maniac

yes you are folding or shoving this.
but even if villain is a maniac he bet the flop you raised him and he reraised you.
so he is saying that he has something good to go all in with.
does he take...

Re: ***uNL Microbrew Thread*** NOV 2007 (ot)

i think you have to raise to this:total ammount of money
in pot if you just call villain's bet plus villain's bet.

Re: ***uNL Microbrew Thread*** NOV 2007 (ot)

hahaha.
villain calls your 3-bet with KK pre flop and then c/r all in with an ace on the flop.
stay at the table you will get your money back.

Re: NL10, AQ vs. donk

most possible holdings for villain given his actions on all streets are 99,88,A9,A8.maybe AK or JT but this is unlikely.
fold turn you are ahead only to JT.

Re: Tough decision with 66

i can't think why he would flat call you if you raise the flop.
his pre-flop 3-bet usually means AK,QQ+.so either he is folding to your flop raise or shoves.
if you raise to $5 and he shoves it...

Re: 10NL - Defending blinds with low PP... Too aggro?

there is no reason to lead flop and dont lead that river.
villain calls flop bet with a flush draw or a nine in his hand.
the only hand villain calls the turn bet is a made flush.
good play.

Re: Sexy this time?

nice move.

he shoves an overpair 100% of the time there, which he might fold if we bet the flop.

Re: QQ vs 2 AI PF

i called one time in a similar situation and both villains had AK.

but i think second villain's range can be either KK+ or AK/KK+.
i call if i believe there is a bigger chance for the latter.

Re: Can I call this for set value?

against two opponents i think is profitable to call.
i don't call HU though.

if opponents are good TAGs or LAGs most probably you don't have the implied odds to justify a call.

Re: TP + FD OOP facing turn raise from TAG. Shove?

i don't think villains fold enough here, after they re-raise to make this play profitable.

Re: [NL10] KK on paired flop

you must not fold to a shove.
villain can shove many hands here that you beat, so calling is profitable.

Re: Did I play this right?

fold at the flop.

reraising you pre-flop and making an overbet on the flop most probably indicates high pair.
