Ummmm, what?

So Sonia 3bets pf w/K9o then caps the flop w/gutshot + 2 overs? Something seems fishy.

Re: Reopening Insider Information Debate.

Or until you decide to start a new thread about it?

I mean come on, I understand you kind of run this place but this seems a bit ridiculous.

Re: Need info on Michigan tax law re: online poker gains

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it sounds like you're pretty screwed. Michigan State government does not allow you to deduct your losses from gambling. You still can for Fed tax, but not...

Re: Not looking good but the pot is huge

I only raise this river if I can fold to a cap. I cannot fold to a cap (although it's probably correct) in this situation so I just call the river raise.

Re: Zecco

I've used it for almost a year now. Money transfers slower than I'd like (3ish days) but that might be typical. Everything else seems good. You should note that they changed their 'free trades'...

Re: Really noob sounding question guys...

This is not typical. My best guess is that maybe the money you are transferring to ameritrade has not yet cleared so you are not allowed to buy anything yet. Try checking to see if you have a...

Re: in over my head

I don't think you statements go well together. I'm certainly not saying that c/f is not the correct play here, but it seems like your first statement about 1sb when ahead, 2.5bb when behind implies...

Re: in over my head

Just trying to understand things better:

Is the reason for c/f the flop because he most likely has you dominated w/Ax (x>7) or he hit the flop and you are drawing to 3 outs?

Also I'm curious...

Re: 2 hands in which I\'m faced with 2 bets on the turn

Hand 1 sucks. I really want to see showdown but I'm not sure how to do it as cheaply as possible. I think I just call down and hope it doesn't get capped on the turn and hopefully not a lot of bets...

Re: 50/100 interesting river decision

I'm confused, how many people see the flop? I think there's 4 but on the turn you say 1 person bets, 3 call, rest fold??

Hand 1 is interesting if he is 100% certain you have a flush, and that you will b/f say 8hxh or worse. What on earth were you raising that UTG for though? It sucks.
